Melissa Fanning of Bangor: Business Management, Roman Hebel of Westby: Criminal Justice-Law Enforcement 720 Academy, Madlin Morgan of Cashton: Human Resource Management, Paula Tart of Bangor: Leadership Development, and Molly Oliver of Cashton: Nursing Assistant.
