Former Cashton paraprofessional, reaches diversion agreement

On July 22, charges were filed by the Monroe County District Attorney's office for one charge of resisting or obstructing an officer and two counts of disorderly conduct.
According to the criminal complaint, Herricks wrote a note with two students' names and several teachers' names, along with the phrases "SHOOT EM, STAB EM, BLOW EM UP."
She was seen on surveillance video placing the note in a hallway.
