On July 8, 2022, at 9:26 p.m. Vernon County Sheriff’s Office was sent to an ATV accident on County Road P about 1/4 mile west of Highway 27. The homeowners came home to a man in their driveway with blood on his face and neck. The party was identified as Zachary Foss, 17 years old of Westby, WI, was unable to give much information and the ATV was not initially located on the property. Zachary was treated on the scene by EMS and flown to Gundersen Health Systems by helicopter. Deputies late...
