Howard Von Ruden, who appeared before the Cashton Village Board a few months ago about a storm drain that empties near the back corner of his lot. Evidence remains from last week's storms that his property, near the Cashton Park, floods as a result. He is growing impatient and hopes the matter can be resolved soon. There have been proposals mentioned at previous meetings, but Mr. Von Ruden says as of last Saturday, he has not heard from anyone representing the village.
