Half million dollar price tag on new park shelter may be too much for village board to swallow


The decision to build a new shelter at Cashton Park was put on hold last Wednesday, June 1, when the Cashton Village Board met for its regular monthly meeting. At least until June 15.

Cashton public works director introduced a pair of bids submitted for the project at the meeting, and the price tag for the shelter may be a tough pill to swallow.
