Bowdy Dempsey cracked a double during the Eagles sweep of Wonewoc-Center.
The Eagles won easily twice in a double-header sweep of the Wonewoc Center Wolves last Thursday, May 5. Cashton finished with 11 hits – including 5 doubles and a triple - and 10 RBI in game one to open the series, and eight hits and 10 RBI in the second. Presley Brueggen (W), Jacob Huntzicker and Jack Kleba pitched for the shutout in the second go-round, while Brueggen, Connor Butzler, and Bowdy Dempsey (W) teamed up for the shutout in the opener.
