1 envelope (2-1/4 teaspoons) active dry yeast

3 cups milk

3 large eggs, divided

3/4 cup unsalted butter (1-1/2 sticks)

1/2 cup sugar

1-1/2 teaspoons salt

2 teaspoons vanilla

4 cups flour
