Cashton and the ridges surrounding it were the target for around two inches of wet, heavy snow Friday, March 19. What started out as rain quickly turned to a hefty snowfall that fell locally, sparing areas as close as Bangor. Much of the rest of the area saw steady rainfall throughout much of the day Friday. By Sunday all but a few small patches of snow remained.
