Cashton school board approves proposal for middle school softball & baseball programs

The school board for the district of Cashton approved the formation of a middle school baseball and softball program during their last regular meeting, held on Wednesday, March 16.

The inaugural season for the program will start this spring and coincide with the middle school track season. Current assistant coaches in the varsity program will serve as coaches for the middle school program, moving up to full-time coaching positions. No additional hires will be necessary.
