2 pounds of chicken tenderloins
1 cup Italian Style Breadcrumbs
1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
1 teaspoon pepper
Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
In a mixing bowl, combine breadcrumbs, grated parmesan, and pepper. In another bowl, whisk two eggs so the yolks and whites are combined. Dip the chicken tenderloin in the egg until coated.
