Smoke billowed up from the ridge top and was visible from several miles away as the popular Trails End store was consumed by fire.
On December 4, 2021, at 11:16 AM, the Vernon County Sheriff's Office received a 911 call regarding a structure fire at Trail's End, a business commonly known as the Amish Wal-Mart, located at S302A Little Ridge Road, Town of Whitestown, Ontario. The fire spread rapidly, and all occupants were quickly evacuated from the building.
