William "Bill" Scott Dunn, born September 18, 1970, died Tuesday, August 31, 2021, at 4:25 a.m. Central Time. He died from complications due to the COVID-19 virus, with his mother by his side. He is preceded in death by his maternal and paternal grandparents and niece Kayce Marie Helgerson. He is survived by his parents, Roger and Sharon (Mellem) Dunn, sister Ca Sandra "Sandy" (Jon) Helgerson, twin brother Byron (Michelle) Dunn, daughter LeeAnn Dunn, sons Dustin Dunn and Timothy (Mackenzie) Dunn, and granddaughter Zooey along with aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and many others that he considered family, such as his "daughter" Elexis Boswell and her son Jace.

Bill graduated in 1988 from Cashton High School. He served his country in the US Navy during Desert Storm. He held many jobs and positions over the years, and in many different states. He always found a way to excel at each of them and was often promoted very quickly due to his work ethic. Bill also went through some hard times, but never let that stop him from moving on and sharing his love with many people in various ways.

In recent years, Bill began gaming online and was known in that community as Puma or Puma6898. He always had a smile on and was entertaining to play with.

A Celebration of Life will take place on Saturday, September 18th from 11-4 at the Cashton Park large Shelter. If anyone would like to do something in remembrance of Bill, the family suggests donating to your local animal shelter.
