Eagles overwhelm Tigers in first conference action of the season

Cashton Football notched another win on Saturday, Aug. 28, with a conference win at home over Hillsboro. The Eagles held the Tigers to 156 yards of offense and won a lopsided outing. The Eagle offense tested the new turf at Cashton Park, racking up 349 yards rushing to win 53-8.

It was a rocky start for Hillsboro, fumbling on their first possession with Ethan Klinkner ending up with the ball. Jacob Huntzicker punched it in from one yard out after a short, 34-yard drive. The big play came on...
