Michael J. Hanson, 62, of Sparta, WI, passed away peacefully Saturday, August 21, 2021. Michael is the son of Richard and Donna Hanson of Sparta, WI.

Funeral services will be held Saturday, August 28, 2021, 11:00 a.m. at Portland Lutheran Church, 7526 WI-33, Cashton, WI 54619. Pastor Dave Sorenson will officiate. Family and friends are invited for visitation Friday, August 27, from 4-7:00 p.m. at the Torkelson Funeral Home, 718 Wisconsin St., Cashton. Visitation will also be held Saturday from 10:00 a.m. until the time of service at the church.
