12 oz. pasta shells (3 cups)

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

1/2 teaspoon onion powder

1/4 teaspoon black pepper

3/4 cup milk

8 oz. cheddar cheese, shredded (2 cups)

4 oz. Gouda cheese, shredded (2 cups)

5 slices bacon, crisp-cooked and crumbled

Sliced green onion (optional)
