The Monroe County Health Department is currently offering walk-in appointments at our office location, 315 W. Oak St., Sparta, during business hours Monday-Friday 8:00 a.m.-4:30 p.m.

Current available vaccine includes:

• Pfizer – requires 2-doses, 3 weeks apart. Available to those age 12+.

• Moderna—requires 2-doses, 4 weeks apart. Available to those age 18+.

• Johnson & Johnson (Janssen)—requires only 1-dose. Available to those age 18+.
