On Sunday, July 4, 2021, at approximately 12:30 AM a single vehicle accident was reported on Central Avenue in Coon Valley, WI. A Yukon Denali drive by Garhardt Waldner, age 64 of Faulkton, South Dakota was traveling eastbound when he left the roadway striking a residence. The residence was unoccupied at the time of the incident. Garhardt fled the scene and was located the next morning. Alcohol was believed to be involved.
