This week’s recipe is from the June/July 2021 “Taste of Home” magazine.
1 can (15 1/4 oz.) sliced peaches
2 packages (3 oz. each) peach or apricot gelatin
1/2 cup sugar
2 cups boiling water
1 teaspoon almond extract
1 carton (8 oz.) frozen whipped topping, thawed
Additional sliced peaches, optional
Drain peaches, reserving 2/3 cup juice. Chop the peaches into small pieces, set aside. In a large bowl, dissolve gelatin and sugar in boiling water. Stir in reserved juice. Ch...
