Baseball tops Wonewoc Center Wolves - Falls to Seneca

 

Brett Hemmersbach doubled up the middle against the Wolves.

The Cashton nine racked up 12 hits and scored 11 runs on Monday, May 17, when they hosted the Wonewoc-Center Wolves winning 11-1. On the mound, Presley Brueggen and Connor Butzler combined for 10 strikeouts and allowed just one hit. Brueggen went four innings striking out eight, while Butzler pitched the fifth and didn't allow a hit.

Bowdy Dempsey drew a walk with one away in the first inning, advanced on a passed ball and came around to score on a single to right.

The Wolves tied the game...
