I hope everyone had a joyous Easter holiday! This week’s recipe was found in the April/May 2021 “All Recipes” magazine. Such an easy recipe to make.
The Best Lemon Bars
2-1/3 cups flour (divided)
1 cup butter, softened
2 cups white sugar (divided)
4 eggs
2/3 cup lemon juice
Powdered sugar, for garnish
