December 7, 1941 was the day that Pearl Harbor was attacked. It was the act of war on American soil that ultimately provoked the United States into action. World War II had begun. But nearly one year before that there was a warning sent to America not to get involved.
In recognition of the 125th Anniversary of the Cashton Record, I bring to you the resurrection of a story appearing in the Record on February 7, 1941 – ten months before the Pearl Harbor transpired…
