Fall is definitely in the air and nothing says fall like a recipe with pumpkin in it. I found this week’s recipe in the Oct./Nov. 2020 “Taste of Home” magazine.
Snickerdoodle Pumpkin Bread
1/2 cup butter, softened
1/2 cup sugar
2 large eggs, room temperature
1/2 cup canned pumpkin
1-1/2 cups all purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon baking soda
1/3 cup buttermilk
