Wisconsin sets new record as COVID cases top 3,000

Wisconsin hit a new record high number of positive COVID cases on October 10, breaking the 3,000 threshold with 3,132 cases reported.
On October 10, Monroe County reported its second lowest total during a six-day stretch, from October 7 through October 12, verifying 12 new cases. And on October 12 the number of COVID patients hospitalized in Monroe County dropped by one, from four to three. During that same six-day period, three days, October 7, 9, and 11, new cases escalated to 20 or more....
