Queso Taco Pockets
1 lb. ground hamburger
1 packet taco seasoning
1 can refried beans (16 oz. can)
1 cup nacho cheese sauce, salsa con queso, or queso blanco
1/2 cup cheddar or taco blend shredded cheese
pie crust (store-bought or homemade)
Brown hamburger and stir in taco seasoning with the amount of water directed on the packet. Stir in refried beans and both types of cheeses and remove from heat. Roll and cut pie crust into 4X8 in. rectangles. Scoop meat mixture onto the crust. Fold the crust over the top of the mixture to create the pocket. Seal the top and bottom by moistening the edges of the crust and press together with a fork. Cut a small hole in the top to vent. Bake on an ungreased cookie sheet for 20 to 25 minutes or until done. Serve with desired taco toppings.
