6 medium white potatoes, peeled
1 cup whipping cream
Salt and pepper to taste
Shred the potatoes and rinse in cold water. Drain well, put into a 9x9 inch pan. Pour cream over and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Cover with foil and bake 1-1/2 hours at 350 degrees. Uncover and bake 1/2 hour more until lightly browned....
