Last week I had a ham recipe, this week is a recipe you can use any leftover ham in. I found it in the April/May 2020 “Taste of Home” magazine.
Creamy Noodle Casserole
1 package (12 oz) egg noodles
1 package (16 oz) frozen broccoli cuts
3 cups cubed fully cooked ham
1 cup shredded part-skim mozzarella cheese
1 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
1/3 cup butter, cubed
1/2 cup half-and-half cream
1/4 teaspoon each garlic powder, salt and pepper
