It is a rare occasion when the Viroqua/Cashton/Westby co-op boys hockey team has recorded a victory over a Tomah team, but Monday night Feb. 3 was one of those memorable rare moments.

Trailing 1-0 at the end of the first period the Blackhawks grabbed a 2-0 lead, scoring a pair of back-to-back goals in just over a minute late in the second frame, before adding an empty net score in the final minute to secure a 3-1 win.
