Cashton Fire and Rescue purchased flood rescue items

The Cashton Fire and Rescue has recently purchased items to aid in flood rescue with the recent weather events happening in this area. The gear purchased was from a donation to the program from the Power of 100 group. The boat was donated by the Ron Nelson family from Westby. Purchased with the donation was Aluminum key-lock carabiners, storm pro helmets, throw ropes and bag, 300 ft. river rescue floating rope and bag, 2 reach ‘n slings, 3 swift water rescue type life jackets w/safety tethers, a grappling hook and one Rubbermaid tough box.
