While driving home from La Crosse a while back, my wife in the copilot seat, I heard her cry out, “THAT’S JUST NOT RIGHT. WHO DOES THAT?”
With my foot ready to slam on the brake, I looked around expecting to see someone riding their bike the middle of the road, or someone doing something out of the ordinary. I didn’t see anything, and I had to ask, “What?”
