William Wilson, 33, and Encarcion Montya, 24, were bound over to federal court last Wednesday after pleading guilty to charges of transporting a stolen car across state lines. Kidnap charges were dropped. Z.S. Rice, Sparta, U.S. Commissioner, bound over the pair under $1,000 bonds.
