Hanley's Helpful Hints

October 9, 2019

The other day I was trying to decide what to make for supper. Just looking through the cupboards and knowing what I had in the fridge/freezer, I formed a plan. I am happy to report it was a success and I plan to make it again sometime. Simple and delicious.

Cheesy Hotdish

2 small boxes Mac and Cheese (or 1 family size box)

1-1/2 pounds hamburger

Onion, salt, pepper, garlic powder and parsley flakes

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

Make mac and cheese according to package directions. Brown hamburger, season with onions, salt, pepper, garlic powder and parsley flakes to your liking. When the hamburger is browned and mac and cheese is done, combine both. Add cheeses and mix all together. When everything is heated through and cheeses are melted it is ready to serve.
