I found this great recipe in the August/September 2019 “Taste of Home” magazine.
Zucchini Apple Bread
4 cups all purpose flour
3 teaspoons baking soda
1-1/2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
1/4 teaspoon salt
5 large eggs, room temperature
1-1/2 cups vegetable oil
2 cups sugar
1 cup packed brown sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 cups shredded zucchini
1-1/2 cups chopped pecans
1 cup grated peeled apples
