When I looked at the top of the pages of this week’s paper, published on September 11, 2019, it instantly reminded Me of 2001. Eighteen years ago the attacks on American soil took place, killing close to 3,000 people and injuring around 10,000 more (more than were killed at Pearl Harbor).
I chose to write about this now, not because I want to dredge up any kind of anti-immigrant feelings, or cast a shadow on any one race of people, but because we too often forget about important eve...
