Former Wisconsin Governor, Scott Walker initially promoted the Affordable Care Act (ACA) as a good deal for those who would qualify for it. But he stopped short of implementing the program as intended when he refused to accept federal funding for the expansion of the state’s Medicaid program. Now, current governor Tony Evers is attempting to change course, it will be an uphill battle.
