I found this jam recipe in the Aug./Sept. 2019 “Taste of Home” magazine. It is nice to have different varieties of jams to choose from.
Three-Berry Freezer Jam
2 cups fresh strawberries
2 cups fresh raspberries
2 cups fresh blackberries
5 1/4 cups sugar
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 package (1 3/4 oz.) powdered fruit pectin
3/4 cup water
In a food processor, process the berries in batches until finely chopped but not pureed. Transfer to a large bowl. Stir in sugar and lemon juice. Let stan...
