Peach season is here and I found this great jam recipe in the Aug./Sept. 2019 “Taste of Home magazine.

Bourbon Peach Jam

4 cups finely chopped peeled fresh peaches

1-1/2 cups packed brown sugar

1 cup granulated sugar

1 tablespoon lemon juice

3 tablespoons bourbon or 3 teaspoons vanilla or bourbon extract
