Easter is just around the corner and this week’s recipe may be just what you are looking for to spice up your holiday meal. I found it in the April/May 2019 “Taste of Home” magazine.

Orange Glazed Ham

1 fully cooked bone-in ham (6-8 lbs.)

1 tablespoon ground mustard

1 teaspoon ground allspice

3/4 cup orange marmalade

Place ham on a rack in a shallow roasting pan. Score the surface of the ham, making diamond shapes 1/2 inch deep. Combine mustard and allspice; rub over ham. Bake ham, unc...
