Snickerdoodle Coffee Cake
1/2 cup butter
2 cups sugar
2 eggs, separated
1/4 teaspoon salt
3 cups flour
2 level teaspoons baking powder
1 cup milk
Topping:
1 teaspoon cinnamon
3 teaspoons powdered sugar
Cream together butter and sugar. Separate eggs. Combine yolks with salt; add to butter and sugar mixture. Sift baking powder and flour; add alternately with milk. Beat egg whites and add last to preceding mixture. Grease 9x13 inch pan. Pour into pan. Sprinkle with topping. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
