Bacon Fried Potatoes 6 slices bacon, diced 6 potatoes, peeled and sliced 1/2 teaspoon celery seed 1/2 teaspoon salt 1/4 teaspoon pepper 1 teaspoon minced parsley 1/8 teaspoon paprika In a medium skillet over medium heat, saute diced bacon until cooked and crispy. Let bacon drain on paper towels. Place sliced potatoes in a skillet with bacon drippings. Cover skillet and fry potatoes until browned and tender, turning frequently to prevent burning. Sprinkle potatoes with celery seed, salt, pepper, minced parsley and paprika. Add cooked bacon and stir until well mixed.
